New Cuff from the Deep Sea: Barnacles in Sterling Silver

I made this cuff from a piece of barnacle I found on the shore in Scotland. One small piece, cast several times.  

Is it just me, or does it sort of look like the Loch Ness monster or some ancient creature in these photos?
